General Terms

  • Any complaints and queries contact or write us.
  • The passengers are requested to co-operate with the bus operators to maintain punctuality.
  • The Ticket booked is not transferable.
  • Please carry a valid photo id while traveling.
  • Bus Operator reserves rights to change the seat while boarding.
  • The Company does not accept responsibility for any injury, damage or loss caused by any accident. Delay or irregularity or any other natural calamities.
  • Passengers are allowed to carry personal luggage at their own risk. Additional luggage will be charged.
  • Smoking & Consumption of liquor is prohibited on board.
  • Passengers hereby consent to receive communications by SMS / Email or calls from bus operator with regards to the services provided by them.
  • Passengers shall report at the boarding point at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time
  • Persons under the influence of alcohol are not allowed to travel.
  • The company undertakes no liability in case of cancellation of trips due to breakdown or for reasons beyond the control of the management
  • Next to ladies seat should be ladies only if in case gents are there should adjusted with different seat
  • Management is not responsible for your luggage's/baggage.
  • Passengers should not carry any goods like weapons, inflammables, firearms, ammunition, drugs, liquor, smuggled goods, Cartoon Boxes and etc any other articles that are prohibited under law
  • The arrival and departure times mentioned on the ticket are only tentative timings. Buses may be delayed due to some unavoidable reasons like traffic jams etc
  • Pets and Animals not allowed inside the bus while Journey
  • Any passenger disturbing the co-passengers is liable to be alighted from the coach.
  • For children above 5 years  full ticket is compulsory, without ticket children will not be allowed to board the bus (Age Proof Required )Below 5 Years 1 Children allowed
  • If needed / or under unavoidable situations the baggage will be opened for checking by crews or the concern agents. Requesting your cooperation on the same.
  • Extra baggages will be charged and money will be collected by the office staffs or by crews*
Cancellation Terms

  • Cancellation has per cancellation policy of respective ticket.
  • Partial Cancellation Is Possible.
  • Partial cancellations will be refunded immediately
  • It Is Rights of VVT Holidays To Change Cancellation Policy Any Time Without Prior To Notice
  • Bookings from this site will be eligible for cancellation through Cancellation Form on this site only, In case e-ticket is booked through an agent, please contact respective agent for cancellations.
  • On Cancellation, Refund will be credited in 3 To 10 working days in source payment.
  • Ticket once transferred cannot transferred or cancelled again.
